I'm a historian and librarian by training, but mermaid maven and rainbow chaser by birthright. I eat things that are bad for me and wonder why I feel sick afterwards. I don't learn from my mistakes, yet for some reason people tend to come to me for advice. I nerd out over stickers and stationery and notebooks and my partner has no idea how much of these things I actually own. I have lots of ideas for creative pursuits, but my body likes to attack itself and I don't get to do them. If I could have any job, I would be a drummer in a band; but if I'm thinking more realistically, then I'd be a superhero. Most of the time, I am joking and no one realizes it; and when I'm serious, they think I'm joking.
